Summary:
Abria Recovery is seeking a compassionate and qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in case management and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
- License or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LISW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LP)
- Minimum of two years of experience working with people with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a substance-use treatment setting
- Experience working with people of all ages, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Experienced in caring for patients with co-occurring substance use disorders
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
